Forward Deployed Analyst (AI)

Location: Must be located in Seattle, New York City, or San Francisco.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 annually, plus performance-based bonuses and equity awards.

hirify.global is building an AI-native system of work for enterprise marketing, using AI agents to execute campaigns across existing tools, teams, and workflows.

What you will do

• Support customer implementations by configuring workflows, validating deployments, and assisting with solution delivery.
• Troubleshoot product issues, investigate bugs, reproduce problems with Engineering, and support resolution.
• Perform QA testing for new features, product releases, and customer-specific configurations.
• Create and maintain internal documentation, implementation guides, and operational playbooks.
• Analyze customer requests and product usage to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Configure integrations across CMS, DAM, and marketing technology platforms; automate manual processes with AI tools, scripts, and internal workflows.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in technical support, business analysis, product operations, consulting, implementation, or a similar technical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an interest in understanding complex systems.
• Ability to learn new software platforms and technical concepts quickly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Curiosity, resourcefulness, and willingness to work in a fast-moving startup environment.

Nice to have

• Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, or similar to improve productivity.
• Experience with CMS platforms, APIs, marketing technology, or workflow automation tools.
• Familiarity with QA testing or software implementation projects.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS products.
• Interest in AI agents, automation, and emerging technologies.
