AI Analyst - Supply Chain

Location: Onsite in Easton, Pennsylvania, United States. Applicants must already be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer-sponsored immigration support.

What you will do

• Administer AI platforms for Global Sourcing, including role-based access, tool inventories, licenses, subscriptions, and vendor contracts.
• Enforce AI governance, access controls, data privacy, and compliance requirements, including GDPR, the EU AI Act, and CCPA, and support security assessments and audits.
• Identify automation opportunities with category managers and Center of Excellence specialists, then design, document, and maintain Power Automate and RPA workflows.
• Research AI and automation tools, support proofs of concept and pilots, and serve as the sourcing lead on cross-functional Enterprise AI projects.
• Track tool performance, adoption, utilization, cost, time savings, and ROI through dashboards and reporting.
• Develop training, user guides, and best-practice sessions, provide tool support, promote responsible AI use, and report security incidents and governance feedback.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a technical, analyst, or process-improvement role, ideally supporting AI, automation, or analytics initiatives.
• Working knowledge of generative AI tools such as Claude and automation or RPA platforms such as Power Automate and UiPath, with the ability to translate business processes into automatable workflows.
• Familiarity with Power BI or Qlik and experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards.
• Understanding of AI governance, data privacy, and compliance basics, including GDPR and the EU AI Act, sufficient for day-to-day tool administration.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools.
• Experience with source-to-pay or procurement platforms and sourcing or category-management workflows.
• Python experience for scripting, automation, or data analysis.
• Recent Agile experience with Jira for project management.
• Exposure to prompt engineering or AI model fine-tuning.
• Industrial-manufacturing experience.
