Construction Client Manager, Texas

Location: Remote, with residence in the Austin or Dallas metro area; requires weekly travel, up to 50%, to customer jobsites.

Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert for strategic construction customers.
• Guide technology adoption, usage, and value realization across customer organizations.
• Build relationships with field teams, project engineers, executives, and VPs of Construction.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews, site visits, trainings, and discovery sessions.
• Gather customer feedback, identify trends and friction points, document feature requests, validate minor bugs, and escalate technical or high-priority issues.
• Create best practices and FAQs and support broad adoption of the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the commercial construction industry as a project engineer, project manager, scheduler, superintendent, and/or project controls professional.
• Knowledge of processes and procedures followed by General Contractors.
• Comfort using modern technology to manage and communicate with customers.
• Proactive, self-motivated, adaptable, and able to execute with minimal oversight.
• Ability to learn new technologies continuously and operate effectively in ambiguous situations while managing multiple responsibilities.
• Willingness to contribute to solutions regardless of where challenges originate.
• Willingness to travel weekly, up to 50%, to jobsites.
