Delivery Manager (Financial Services)

Location: Poland; hybrid work with at least 3 days per week in-office.

Annual gross base pay: zł117,000–zł228,000.

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end delivery of technology and risk solution initiatives across global, cross-functional teams.
• Define project goals, scope, timelines, and deliverables with stakeholders, and monitor progress to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
• Maintain delivery planning items, identify risks and issues, and escalate matters to keep initiatives on track.
• Support quarterly release planning and retrospectives, helping teams assess delivery performance and prepare for upcoming cycles.
• Organize recurring team meetings, planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment calls to drive accountability and communication.
• Partner with product and program management to implement project management practices, frameworks, and change management processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in delivery management, program management, or project coordination.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile delivery frameworks.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and stakeholder relationships across regions.
• Fluency in English and demonstrated experience collaborating effectively in global, matrixed environments.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with project tracking and planning tools.
• Experience in risk management, financial services, or a regulated industry, including liquidity risk, ESG, or capital risk.
