Sales Coordinator (French and English Speaking)

What you will do

• Provide insight and administrative support to the Hospitality Sales team for processing sales opportunities.
• Review, consolidate, and reconcile orders, contracts, and payments.
• Process software returns, adjustments, and hardware shipments.
• Work with customers to resolve billing and subscription inquiries.
• Review reports to improve team efficiency and streamline daily operations.
• Ensure sales meet financial and legal requirements and contribute to wider company initiatives.

Requirements

• Experience in an administrative function.
• Experience in a SaaS and/or technology-related field.
• Knowledge of Mac OS X, iOS, G Suite, Salesforce, Zendesk, and Slack.
• Remarkable communication skills.
• Perfect written and spoken French and English.
• Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
