What you will do

• Develop seasonal sales, inventory, and receipt plans by classification in line with account financial targets and productivity metrics.
• Build and maintain rolling 18-month style-color sales, inventory, receipt, and shipment plans for each business area.
• Analyze weekly business insights, historical sales trends, and current POS performance to maximize in-season opportunities, minimize liability, and inform future seasons.
• Prepare documents and analysis for monthly consensus meetings, explaining recommended changes to sales, inventory, receipt, and shipment plans.
• Lead presentations and align merchandising, sales, and supply planning stakeholders on POS forecast changes and inventory strategies.
• Participate in merchandise planning discussions and complete standard, ad hoc, and administrative reporting.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a retail or wholesale environment, including experience as an analyst or planner.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Related experience in forecasting and demand planning.
• Demonstrated retail math and business acumen, including sales forecasting and inventory productivity measures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and compellingly.
• Ability to create alignment among cross-functional stakeholders by building strong business cases and driving execution.
• Attention to detail and strong time management, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel.

• Knowledge of Power BI and Logility RO Planning applications.
