Foundry Construction, Supply Chain and Sourcing Intern – Graduate (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Hybrid work model with on-site work at assigned hirify.global sites in Phoenix, Arizona; Chandler, Arizona; Santa Clara, California; Albuquerque, New Mexico; New Albany, Ohio; or Hillsboro, Oregon. Some assignments may require on-site work in construction, manufacturing, or industrial environments.

Annual salary: $76,798.00–$76,802.00 USD.

What you will do

• Support supply chain, sourcing, construction, engineering, and construction project management initiatives.
• Analyze technical and business problems and develop recommendations for technical teams and leadership.
• Apply data and analytical methods to improve decision-making, cost, schedule, quality, efficiency, and execution.
• Support supply chain strategy, procurement, materials, inventory, logistics, planning, contracting, and commercial activities.
• Contribute to construction planning, cost and schedule controls, tool installation, facilities construction, design coordination, and field validation.
• Partner with suppliers, contractors, engineers, factory teams, and business stakeholders.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Master's or Ph.D. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Construction Management, Construction Engineering, Industrial, Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical/Process, Materials, or Computer Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, Mechatronics Engineering, Business/MBA, or a related field.
• Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, collaboration, and communication skills.
• Ability to turn complex problems into actionable solutions.

Nice to have

• Coursework, research, projects, internships, or experience in supply chain strategy, sourcing, procurement, or planning.
• Experience in construction, project management, engineering, manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing, or construction.
• Experience with supplier or contractor management, project controls, cost, or scheduling.
• Experience with data analytics, modeling, visualization, systems optimization, or process optimization.
• Experience leading technical or cross-functional projects.
