Summer Analyst Programme 2027 – EQT Real Estate

Location: London, England, United Kingdom. The internship runs for 10 weeks from mid-June to August 2027.

What you will do

• Conduct financial analysis supporting acquisitions, leasing, financing, and dispositions.
• Help prepare Investment Committee materials with legal and diligence teams.
• Contribute to leasing and pipeline updates and quarterly performance reports.
• Prepare marketing materials, including tour cards, pitch decks, and social media content.
• Conduct market research and update templates, trackers, and internal tools.
• Participate in site visits and client meetings.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
• Interest in real estate investment and/or asset management.
• Collaborative mindset and effective time management.
• Strong communication skills, attention to detail, proactivity, and adaptability.
• Fluency in English.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in Excel.
• Additional European languages.
