Treasury Operations Specialist (Stablecoin)

What you will do

• Manage treasury operations, initially focused on stablecoins, to keep accounts funded and payments processing seamlessly.
• Own the payment lifecycle, including creating, tracking, and confirming fund credits.
• Work with partners to deliver funding timelines and prepare funding forecasts.
• Troubleshoot payment issues, identify root causes, and coordinate resolutions with internal and external partners.
• Assist with onboarding banks and stablecoin trading partners alongside the business development team.
• Provide out-of-hours coverage when required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience, ideally in payments, funding, or working with stablecoins.
• Enthusiasm for treasury operations, solving unique problems, and optimizing processes.
• Resourcefulness, creativity, and willingness to take ownership of problems through to resolution.
• Strong teamwork and relationship-building skills with key stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Proven analytical skills using Excel.
• Proficiency in English.

• SQL skills.
