What you will do

• Own the company’s competitive position in the payments and financial technology industry.
• Develop and execute merchant propositions across key segments to create differentiated client value and improve business performance.
• Lead high-profile, cross-functional projects with product and commercial implications, translating strategic ideas into measurable outcomes.
• Shape the M&A strategy by identifying opportunities to expand capabilities, enter new markets, and create long-term value.
• Assess markets, emerging trends, client needs, and industry shifts, turning insights into actionable strategies.
• Prepare executive-level recommendations and materials, influence senior stakeholders, and evaluate new products, partnerships, and business models.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, private equity, or a strategy-focused role within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint capabilities.
• Experience leading complex strategic initiatives and delivering measurable business outcomes in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
• Exceptional communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills, including experience preparing materials for C-suite leaders and Boards of Directors.
• Deep interest in payments, financial technology, software, commerce, and emerging technology trends, with the ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and build credibility across a complex organization.
• Proactive, ownership-oriented leadership style with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results.
