UX Intern (AI)

Location: Europe; fully remote.

What you will do

• Translate complex AI capabilities and user needs into accessible user journeys, user flows, and interaction designs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes for conversational UIs, chatbots, and data-heavy interfaces.
• Design and conduct usability testing for AI-powered prototypes and analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback.
• Identify usability issues, user friction, and mistrust in human-AI interactions.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers, Product Managers, and Researchers to balance user needs with technical feasibility.
• Document and present design concepts, research findings, and recommendations.

Requirements

• Pursuing a degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Cognitive Science, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating user-centered design thinking, wireframing, and prototyping; include a link with the application.
• Proficiency with modern design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Sketch.
• Knowledge of user-centered design principles, usability testing methods, and user research.
• Strong, demonstrable interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and human-AI interaction.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to articulate and defend design decisions.
