UI Designer (AI)

Location: Hybrid, with roles open in Zagreb or Split, Croatia.

What you will do

• Translate strategy and UX concepts into pixel-perfect interface designs for websites, apps, and digital products.
• Collaborate closely with UX designers on final product design and delivery.
• Support design decisions with annotations and animations.
• Present work to clients and stakeholders, handling input and feedback.
• Take responsibility for high-quality final delivery and proper implementation.
• Use AI-powered design tools and workflows to accelerate ideation and prototyping while maintaining strong craft and human-centred design.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the same or a similar role.
• An impressive portfolio demonstrating sophisticated experience design and a deep understanding of digital platforms.
• Experience designing websites, apps, and digital products.
• A strong website or PDF portfolio demonstrating digital design experience and passion.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams with UX designers, copywriters, and developers.
• Fluent English and the ability to communicate complex design concepts effectively to executive-level clients and engineers.
• Mastery of Figma.
• Active exploration and implementation of AI-powered design tools and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience gained in a fast-paced agency environment.
• Experience with motion design and prototyping tools such as Framer or Jitter.
