ERP Technical Administrator

What you will do

• Assist with deployment, testing, configuration, and maintenance of on-premises and cloud-based hirify.global applications, storage, and server operating systems.
• Provide first- and second-level support for end-user issues in environments hosting hirify.global applications.
• Conduct root cause analysis, review configurations and deployments, and perform unit testing with experienced team members.
• Document and manage CRM and JIRA tickets, resolving issues or escalating them to Development or Product Management.
• Manage user accounts, groups, and systems in Windows Active Directory, Azure AD, and application-specific user management systems.
• Deploy and manage IIS, SQL Server, monitoring utilities, and other system administration tools while ensuring cloud systems remain available and perform satisfactorily.

Requirements

• At least four years of hands-on operational experience with IT systems administration, deployment, and maintenance technologies.
• AS degree or equivalent industry experience in computer science, computer engineering, information technology, or a related field; BS preferred.
• Experience with general IT systems management across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Windows Server 2012, 2016, and 2019 environments.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Microsoft SQL Server 2014, 2017, and 2019.
• Experience with Microsoft PowerShell and scripting utilities.
• Good interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills, including the ability to present ideas in user-friendly language.
• Technical documentation, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, prioritization, multitasking, and learning skills.
