Vendor Performance Analyst (Financial Services)

Location: Evansville, Indiana — hybrid; remote work is permitted with office attendance when requested, and travel to vendor sites is required.

What you will do

• Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly vendor audits and maintain audit materials.
• Monitor vendor activities, work efforts, compliance, and operational performance trends.
• Maintain standardized scorecards and performance documentation.
• Communicate audit results and vendor performance findings.
• Assist with remediation of technical issues identified during vendor audit routines.
• Draft, obtain approval for, and send vendor communications while serving as a liaison between OneMain and vendors; travel for onsite reviews and discussions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Administrative or management experience.
• Secure internet connection and the ability to work remotely and attend the office when requested.
• Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, including presenting to medium or large groups.
• Project management experience or skills; proficiency with the internet and basic Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality with sensitive information.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet goals in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

• Associate or bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience working with external vendors.
• Previous experience with financial services industry regulations and laws.
