Location: Hybrid in Atlanta, Georgia, United States, at Three Alliance Center.

What you will do

• Lead complex executive searches from strategy development through offer negotiation and successful close.
• Advise executive leadership on talent markets, assessment approaches, competitive insights, and hiring best practices.
• Build relationships with executive talent through targeted outreach, market engagement, and long-term talent pipelining.
• Lead inclusive sourcing strategies to attract diverse leadership talent across leadership and technology organizations.
• Use digital intelligence tools, AI, Boolean search, LinkedIn, social media, and market research to develop long-lists and short-lists.
• Apply recruiting metrics, market intelligence, and talent analytics to inform search strategies and hiring decisions while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience identifying, engaging, and recruiting executive leadership talent within an executive search firm and/or in-house executive search function.
• Proven ability to build trust and credibility with senior executives and leadership teams.
• Exceptional professional judgment, executive presence, direct and transparent communication, and strict confidentiality.
• Strong consulting and influencing skills with experience partnering across organizational levels and functions.
• Knowledge of key industry sectors including fintech, eCommerce, digital media/internet, travel, and retail.
• Ability to solve problems, navigate ambiguity, collaborate across functions, cut through complexity, and deliver results in rapidly changing environments.
• Advanced executive sourcing and market-mapping skills, including Boolean search, talent research, social media sourcing, and multi-channel candidate generation.
• Ability to turn market intelligence and talent insights into actionable recommendations covering talent trends, opportunities, competitive intelligence, and organizational risks.
• Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and complex executive searches simultaneously.
• Ability to assess executive talent and recommend on leadership capability, organizational fit, and market competitiveness.
