Product Manager for AI Solution (AI)

What you will do

• Define and prioritize AI-powered workflow use cases with engineering, data science, and design.
• Translate business processes into agentic experiences that balance merchant flexibility with end-user simplicity.
• Define success metrics, manage product requirements, and build prioritized roadmaps using behavioral data and market trends.
• Build agent evaluation frameworks, confidence-scoring metrics, prompt iteration cycles, and production monitoring processes.
• Implement AI governance mechanisms including human-in-the-loop review, audit trails, and approval workflows.
• Prototype prompts, agent workflows, and evaluation harnesses while partnering with vertical product managers to develop AI agents.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of Product Management experience, including at least Senior-level experience.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, multi-agent orchestration, tool-calling or tool-use frameworks, RAG and embeddings, prompt engineering, and workflow automation.
• Experience with complex data structures such as catalogs, taxonomies, and item relationships.
• Experience overseeing large-scale cross-functional initiatives from concept to launch.
• Strong analytical background in defining metrics and using data for iteration.
• Demonstrated experience building evaluation harnesses, confidence scoring, human-in-the-loop feedback loops, and audit-ready compliant workflows for enterprise AI systems.
• Ability to perform hands-on rapid prototyping of agent workflows and prompt systems alongside engineering.
• Experience in POS, e-commerce, or complex fintech enterprise systems.
• Bachelor's degree.
