Analyst Lead, Pricing (Fintech)

Location: United States; locations listed in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Jacksonville, Florida.

Salary: $101,500.00–$172,550.00 per year.

What you will do

• Manage pricing and financial analysis for complex new and renewal business opportunities.
• Develop pricing packages that balance competitive positioning, client value, margins, and long-term financial objectives.
• Build financial models covering deal economics, profitability, pricing scenarios, risks, and commercial trade-offs.
• Recommend deal structures and pricing strategies to Sales, Finance, Product, and other business partners.
• Apply pricing and margin guidance, maintain benchmarks, and use historical and market insights to improve pricing decisions.
• Partner with Legal, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Product to resolve commercial issues and advance proposals.

Requirements

• Typically 7+ years of experience in finance, deal pricing, commercial finance, or comparable analytical roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance or business, or an equivalent combination of relevant education, skills, and professional experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including profitability, margin, scenario, and sensitivity analysis.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Nice to have

• Experience in software as a service, banking, financial technology, or payments technology.
• Experience supporting complex business-to-business sales proposals, renewals, or commercial negotiations.
• Knowledge of pricing strategy, deal governance, benchmarking, and commercial risk assessment.
• Experience developing or improving pricing methodologies, processes, or decision frameworks.
