Senior Analyst, Pricing & Monetization (Fintech)

Salary: $108,200–$202,800 USD annually, depending on U.S. location zone.

What you will do

• Build custom pricing and incentive proposals for complex partnerships in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Design portfolio-level pricing targets and deal-level guardrails that support growth while protecting margin.
• Build and refine repeatable processes for pricing and approving large deals across multiple teams.
• Analyze pricing trends across Square’s portfolio and the broader payments industry, turning findings into recommendations.
• Present complex financial models and recommendations to senior leaders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, or 3 years with a Master’s degree, or a PhD without experience, or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced financial modeling skills, including building P&L and unit economics models from scratch.
• Sound commercial judgment when balancing growth, margin, and risk in a deal.
• Experience building trusted relationships with senior leaders and presenting analysis and recommendations that influence decisions.
• Experience owning projects end to end, from framing the question through implementing the decision.
• Ability to build repeatable systems rather than one-off solutions.
• Comfort using AI tools to scale work.
