Lead Process Transformation Partner (AI)

Location: Irving, TX 75062, hirify.global Corporate HQ; other location: Chicago, IL 60607, United States.

Salary: $102,400–$179,000 per year; incentive eligible.

What you will do

• Partner with senior business leaders to identify transformation opportunities aligned with enterprise strategy.
• Lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives from process assessment and future-state design through implementation and benefit realization.
• Develop transformation roadmaps, workflows, operating models, governance frameworks, implementation plans, standards, methodologies, and tools.
• Assess inefficiencies, risks, organizational constraints, automation opportunities, and continuous improvement needs.
• Build data-driven business cases, KPIs, and performance measures to evaluate outcomes and drive optimization.
• Guide stakeholder engagement, adoption planning, communications, training, process ownership, and decision-making without direct authority.

Requirements

• 7 or more years of relevant experience required.
• Experience leading business process transformation, operational excellence, business transformation, or organizational change initiatives across functions.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide initiatives and partnering with senior business leaders.
• Strong facilitation, executive communication, analytical, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
• Experience with process mapping, business analysis, change management, governance, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Knowledge of AI tools, capabilities, outputs, and limitations, including applying AI to complex business situations and promoting responsible use.
• Relevant degree preferred.

Nice to have

• Healthcare experience.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, Prosci, or related process improvement or change management certification.
• Experience with Power BI, Visio, Microsoft Power Platform, Jira, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
