Location: Remote, UK; projects for customers across the UK and Europe

Salary: £80,000–£85,000 per annum

What you will do

• Lead Business Central manufacturing implementations from discovery through go-live.
• Design and configure solutions tailored to manufacturing operations.
• Advise customers on ERP functionality and process improvements.
• Oversee solution design, configuration, and project delivery.
• Guide and mentor other Business Central Functional Consultants.

Requirements

• Extensive Dynamics 365 Business Central or NAV experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of Business Central Manufacturing.
• Proven experience delivering complex, end-to-end ERP implementations.
• Previous experience leading projects or mentoring consultants.
• Confident solution design, requirements gathering, and system configuration skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
