SAP / ERP Deployment Project Manager (SAP S/4HANA)

Location: Hybrid — 3 days per week on-site in Erlangen, Germany, with occasional travel to other German sites.

What you will do

• Manage SAP S/4HANA deployment across several industrial sites in Germany.
• Lead project planning, governance, budget, risks, milestones, and delivery coordination.
• Align local business requirements with the existing Core Model / Global Template and coordinate Gap Analysis activities.
• Support business-process definition, alignment, harmonization, and deployment readiness.
• Coordinate Business, IT, technical, SAP delivery, and other key stakeholder groups.
• Drive change management, business readiness, local adoption, cross-site communication, dependencies, and deployment risks.

Requirements

• Significant experience as an SAP Project Manager, ERP Deployment Manager, or SAP Transformation Project Manager.
• Strong experience with SAP / ERP rollouts, deployments, or transformation programs.
• Solid knowledge of SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments and with multi-site, international deployments.
• Strong project-management experience covering planning, budget, governance, risks, and stakeholder management.
• Experience with Core Model / Global Template, Gap Analysis, business-process alignment, and deployment readiness.
• Strong change-management experience supporting business teams through transformation.
• Ability to coordinate effectively across Business, IT, and technical teams.
• Fluent English and a strong understanding of German working culture.

Nice to have

• German language skills are a strong advantage.
