Corporate IT Administrator (DeFi)

Location: Remote, with time together in Paris

Morpho is a DeFi lending protocol building an open credit network, backed by leading crypto and financial investors and used by institutional clients and major crypto exchanges.

What you will do

• Administer SSO, the directory, password management, onboarding, offboarding, and recurring access reviews.
• Manage the Mac fleet, including setup, MDM policies, OS and application updates, configuration profiles, and endpoint security.
• Apply security baselines and access policies across devices and SaaS tools.
• Administer SaaS tools, licences, administrative access, and the IT side of new-vendor onboarding.
• Support security incidents by isolating devices, revoking access, and collecting logs; provide IT control evidence for audits.
• Automate repetitive IT processes, maintain documentation, and participate in the IT on-call rotation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT, systems engineering, or IT security.
• Hands-on administration of an enterprise identity provider, an MDM, and endpoint security tools.
• Strong macOS management experience, including configuration profiles, privacy preference policies, and system extension policies.
• Ability to write Python or Bash scripts for automation.
• Experience supporting a SOC 2, ISO 27001, or similar audit.
• Understanding of phishing and social-engineering risks targeting crypto companies, with the ability to configure systems accordingly.
• Clear technical documentation skills, preference for simple setups that people follow, and comfort with an on-call rotation.
