TL;DR
IT Manager (Cybersecurity/SaaS): Owning and scaling internal IT infrastructure, security, support operations, and business systems for a fully distributed workforce with an accent on identity management, automation, compliance, and operational resilience. Focus on leading a technical support team, securing access across systems and devices, automating onboarding and offboarding, and controlling technology spend.
Location: Fully remote; work from anywhere, with at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone between 8am and 6pm

What you will do
- Own Google Workspace, internal IT infrastructure, business systems, software licensing, device procurement, lifecycle management, and MDM.
- Lead a team of three Technical Support Engineers and improve support triage, resolution, escalation, and service performance.
- Manage SSO, MFA, IAM, access controls, security reviews, audits, and joiner, mover, and leaver processes.
- Automate onboarding, offboarding, provisioning, access management, and other repetitive IT workflows; implement an ITSM/helpdesk solution.
- Own disaster recovery, business continuity, backup, and recovery procedures for critical internal systems.
- Manage SaaS, hardware, cloud, and IT vendors, contracts, budgets, technology evaluations, and cost-reduction initiatives.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in IT management, IT operations, or systems administration.
- Experience managing or leading a technical support or IT support team.
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Workspace, MDM, SSO, IAM, and identity/access management.
- Strong knowledge of internal IT security and cybersecurity best practices, including experience supporting GDPR, ISO 27001, SOC 2, or similar frameworks.
- Experience automating IT workflows, managing vendors and SaaS contracts, and controlling technology budgets.
- Ability to work remotely with at least 4 hours of overlap with the UK timezone; visa sponsorship is not available.
