Data Center Construction-Scheduler

Location: Dallas, TX; approximately 5 days per week onsite, subject to client needs.

Salary: $100,000–$140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.

What you will do

• Manage the full scope of construction projects while managing components of other projects.
• Lead and mentor project teams while managing schedules, scope, and budgets.
• Lead project risk management, contingency planning, and schedule and budget recovery planning.
• Manage financial and contract activities, including timely invoicing, collections, and identifying add-services opportunities.
• Maintain collaborative relationships with clients, A&E professionals, contractors and general contractors, vendors, and internal teams.
• Gather requirements, assess needs, anticipate risks, and resolve complex project challenges and conflicts.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in construction scheduling and a thorough understanding of the building design and construction process.
• Bachelor’s degree, Associate’s degree, or equivalent experience in a construction-related discipline.
• 2+ years of experience scheduling critical-environment projects, such as data centers, laboratories, or hospitals.
• Experience in ground-up, vertical construction scheduling.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Ambition and a construction- and project-management-focused approach.

Nice to have

• 2+ years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience.
