Associate Solution Engineer (SaaS)

Location: Remote within the United States

Salary: $62,000–$100,000 USD annually

What you will do

• Partner with CAMs and customers to assess SaaS migration scope, risks, readiness, approach, and next steps.
• Provision customers to run the Analyzer and review results to identify SaaS conversion risks.
• Collaborate with CAMs and Consulting Services to support Statements of Work and provide clear project handoffs.
• Collect CSG and TSG work and validate compatibility with the cloud environment.
• Explain the SaaS conversion process, review tools and alternative approaches, and communicate risk mitigation plans.
• Support SaaS conversion adoption with Manufacturing leadership and the Cloud Center of Excellence; some travel is required.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of presales experience in the ERP industry or equivalent operational ERP experience, specifically with Kinetic.
• Experience as an ERP administrator or power user in a Kinetic environment.
• Experience with Kinetic Cloud or other cloud offerings and expertise with Microsoft Azure.
• Experience with Kinetic Customization, BPMs, Application Studio, BAQs, dashboards, and other Kinetic toolsets for integration and reporting.
• Successful experience supporting both direct and channel sales.
• Documented experience delivering customer presentations and demonstrations.
• At least 1 year of applicable experience and demonstrated success or knowledge in manufacturing.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience at hirify.global, SAP, Microsoft, Infor, Sage, NetSuite, another ERP company, or a value-added reseller.
