Technical Solutions Specialist I (Microsoft Power Platform)

Location: United States; eligible candidates must reside in DC, FL, ID, IL, IN, MD, MI, MN, NC, NH, NJ, OH, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, or WV. Hybrid/remote-first workplace.

Salary: $70,000–$85,000 annually.

What you will do

• Work with clients and internal stakeholders to gather business requirements for reporting, automation, and business intelligence solutions.
• Develop and maintain low-code/no-code applications, workflows, and automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Analyze data and create reports, dashboards, and visualizations to explain business performance and trends.
• Troubleshoot reporting, data, and automation issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with Infrastructure and Development teams to support the stability, performance, and security of business intelligence solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 2 years of experience with business intelligence, reporting, data integration, automation, or related technologies.
• Experience developing complex SQL queries, performing data analysis, and creating database solutions.
• At least 1 year of experience designing, developing, and maintaining reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and related technologies.
