Senior Software Engineer (.NET / Angular)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain Perform product features across the stack using .NET, Angular, SQL Server, and CosmosDB.
• Use AI-assisted development tools while owning the quality, correctness, security, and maintainability of shipped code.
• Collaborate in real time with product, UX, and QA through the AI Development Lifecycle to define and deliver solutions.
• Review human- and AI-generated code, identify logic errors and edge cases, and maintain team standards.
• Mentor engineers on debugging, problem decomposition, and effective use of AI tools.
• Build automated tests, contribute to Azure Pipelines CI/CD, resolve escalated production issues, and improve engineering workflows.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional web application and services development experience, including recent hands-on experience with AI-assisted development.
• Strong proficiency with C#, current .NET versions, Angular, TypeScript, and SQL Server.
• Experience with CosmosDB or another NoSQL database, microservice architecture, pub/sub, and asynchronous messaging.
• Experience with Azure, Azure Pipelines, Git, and Docker.
• Solid unit and integration testing practices.
• Ability to evaluate and correct AI-generated code rather than accepting it without review.
• Comfort working through ambiguity in collaborative, fast-moving sessions with product and UX.
• Experience mentoring or supporting other developers, with eagerness to learn evolving tools and workflows.

Nice to have

• Experience with large enterprise or SaaS platforms, ideally in HCM, payroll, or HR technology.
• Experience working on distributed teams across time zones.
