Full Stack Developer (AI)

Location: Phoenix, Arizona. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future sponsorship.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and debug full-stack web applications.
• Build responsive front-end applications with Angular and scalable backend services and APIs with NestJS and TypeScript.
• Design, query, and maintain MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and SQL Server databases.
• Build and support cloud-based applications and services in AWS.
• Collaborate with product owners, business stakeholders, UX partners, and developers on delivery, technical design, architecture, sprint planning, and code reviews.
• Use AI-assisted development tools, scripting, and modern practices to generate tests, refactor code, automate tasks, and improve development efficiency.

Requirements

• 4+ years of professional full-stack software development experience.
• Strong experience with TypeScript and modern JavaScript development, including hands-on Angular application development.
• Experience developing backend services and APIs with NestJS or similar Node.js frameworks.
• Experience with MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and/or Microsoft SQL Server.
• Experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-based application development.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, authentication, authorization, and API integrations.
• Experience with Git, CI/CD workflows, and Agile or Scrum development environments.
• Ability to write clean, scalable, maintainable, secure, and well-documented code, with strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with technical and non-technical partners, plus comfort using AI coding assistants and generative AI tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with Docker, microservices, serverless architecture, or event-driven systems.
• Experience with automated testing, unit testing, and test-driven development.
• Exposure to GraphQL, Redis, Terraform, or Infrastructure as Code.
• Experience integrating AI APIs or building AI-enabled application features.
• Familiarity with GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, or similar AI development platforms.
