HR Project Delivery Manager (SaaS)

What you will do

• Own end-to-end, multi-country EOR onboarding programs for enterprise clients, including timelines, risk registers, and critical path milestones.
• Act as the primary operational contact for enterprise clients and coordinate HR Operations, Customer Success, and Sales teams.
• Guide customers through international labor law, visa and immigration requirements, benefits administration, localized employment contracts, and payroll setup.
• Identify and resolve operational blockers, regulatory risks, and implementation delays across jurisdictions.
• Drive customer activation and platform adoption while handling complex operational escalations.
• Develop implementation playbooks and scalable workflows, and relay enterprise requirements to Product and Engineering.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in enterprise implementation, customer onboarding, technical project management, or operations delivery, ideally in EOR, payroll, global HR tech, or SaaS.
• Direct exposure to global employment mechanics, including Employer of Record, global payroll, employment law basics, or HR operations.
• Experience managing multi-stakeholder, multi-country projects using formal frameworks such as PMP, Agile, or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication and consultative leadership skills, with confidence steering calls involving VP and C-suite stakeholders at Fortune 500 or high-growth enterprise companies.
• Ability to work effectively in ambiguous environments and translate complex regulatory and operational realities into actionable client steps.

Nice to have

• Experience handling complex, high-volume employee transfers, including TUPE, M&A transitions, or enterprise-wide migrations.
• International work experience across EMEA, LATAM, or APAC.
