2027 Future Talent Program - 3DT Operations - Co-op (3D Technologies)

Location: West Point, Pennsylvania, United States; primarily onsite with attendance expected 4–5 days per week. Available to US, Canada, and Puerto Rico residents; US and Puerto Rico residents only for the listed hiring process.

Salary: $39,908–$111,111 per year.

What you will do

• Manage the print queue across approximately 50 3D printers, prioritize projects, meet deadlines, and communicate delays.
• Analyze print failures, identify root causes, repair and upgrade printers, and integrate new equipment into the fleet.
• Identify lab workflow improvements, document best practices, and create SOPs for equipment and processes.
• Perform hands-on post-processing and assembly while ensuring high-quality parts for pharmaceutical cleanroom use.
• Support outreach events and collaborate with different departments across pharmaceutical processes.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering Technology, or a related discipline.
• Currently enrolled in an academic program and returning to university after the co-op to complete graduation credit requirements.
• Available for full-time employment for six months from April 2027 through September 2027.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of CAD.
• Hands-on experience with 3D printers, including CAD, slicing, printing, or printer repair; partial experience is acceptable and the role provides an opportunity to develop these skills.
• Good documentation skills.
• Suitability for a first or second co-op cycle.
