Intern, Additive Manufacturing Engineering

Location: Onsite in East Aurora/Buffalo, New York, United States; ability to relocate for the duration of the internship is required.

Salary: $25.50–$31.00 per hour.

What you will do

• Contribute to the preparation and execution of engineering tasks.
• Provide technical support to engineers as needed.
• Collect, manage, and analyze data; evaluate material properties; support product and project engineering; and operate a 3-D printer as relevant to the academic discipline.
• Provide input on project processes, strategies, and execution.
• Work as a multidisciplinary team member and represent hirify.global professionally.

Requirements

• Enrollment in a Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or other relevant Engineering bachelor's or master's degree program at an accredited university.
• GPA of at least 3.0; the exact requirement may be specified by the department.
• Ability to access U.S. export-controlled information.
• Ability to relocate for the duration of the internship.
• Professional disposition, effective communication skills, strong desire to learn, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team environment.
