Project Manager Infrastructure

Location: Hybrid in Flanders/Brussels, Belgium

What you will do

• Lead and coordinate end-to-end IT infrastructure transformation projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Manage modernization initiatives including enterprise email and messaging cloud migrations, Disaster Recovery solutions, and infrastructure service and platform renewals.
• Define project objectives, scope, governance, plans, timelines, deliverables, reporting structures, and business cases.
• Monitor budgets, resources, schedules, risks, assumptions, dependencies, and overall project performance across multiple projects.
• Coordinate and motivate multidisciplinary teams and collaborate with technical teams, IT Vendor Managers, vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support RFPs, technical specifications, procurement documentation, stakeholder communication, and informed decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science or a relevant equivalent.
• At least 10 years of relevant project management experience, including at least 5 years managing infrastructure projects.
• Experience preparing requirements analyses and distinguishing between user and technical requirements.
• Experience managing and supervising teams, motivating team members, creating team spirit, and helping people grow.
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile principles.
• Knowledge of infrastructure technologies such as Azure, cloud, firewalls, VMware, Hyper-V, Active Directory, and Windows Servers.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to determine customer-focused approaches.
• Strong commitment to maintaining accurate project administration.
• Fluent French, Dutch, and English in written and spoken communication.

Nice to have

• Project management certification such as PRINCE2, Agile, or ITIL.
