Project Manager

Location: Brussels, Belgium; hybrid working model.

What you will do

• Plan, manage, and deliver projects from initiation to completion within agreed scope, budget, timelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate implementation of infrastructure, systems, products, and services, ensuring the required resources and expertise are available.
• Define project plans, objectives, deliverables, milestones, and resource requirements, and monitor progress.
• Manage budgets, timelines, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and change control, implementing corrective actions where needed.
• Maintain project plans, quality plans, status reports, and risk assessments, and provide regular progress updates.
• Coordinate project teams and stakeholders, facilitate working groups and meetings, and apply project management methodologies including Agile practices where appropriate.

Requirements

• University degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Engineering, or another relevant field, with at least 6 years of relevant professional experience.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies, standards, and best practices, with experience managing projects from initiation to delivery.
• Experience in project planning, resource allocation, budget management, risk assessment, quality control, and progress reporting.
• Good understanding of technical project environments, including infrastructure, IT systems, products, or services.
• Strong organisational, analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and relationship management skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including report preparation, presentations, and communication with diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with project management tools and, where relevant, business modelling techniques such as UML and BPMN.
• Excellent command of English.
• At least one certification is required: PRINCE2 Foundation, PRINCE2 Practitioner, COBIT certification or relevant training, PMI certification such as PMP, PgMP, or PM² Foundation, Practitioner, or Agile.
