Implementation Specialist (Identity Security)

Location: United States - Field; customer-site work may be required. Must be lawfully able to work in the US with unrestricted US work authorization. Availability is required from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM Central Time, primarily 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday through Friday, with evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary: $29.74–$43.62 per hour, plus eligibility for a discretionary annual incentive plan.

What you will do

• Deploy, configure, install, and administer instant financial issuance solutions in customer or hosted environments.
• Gather and validate requirements, manage initial access, map and transfer data, and create process documentation.
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems, document technical issues, and escalate them for resolution.
• Collaborate with project management, system administrators, customers, partners, and internal teams to deliver solutions on time.
• Train customers, partners, and IT personnel and support software patches and upgrades.
• Provide client feedback and propose improvements to solution components, processes, and documentation.

Requirements

• Associate degree in information technology or equivalent.
• Mastery of written and verbal communication.
• 2+ years of experience in customer software delivery.
• Experience with system integrations and proven experience in software debugging or development.
• Ability to work non-standard hours, including evenings and weekends, as initiated by customer needs; some after-hours and weekend work is required once proficient.
• Must be lawfully authorized to work in the United States without restrictions.

Nice to have

• Problem-solving and troubleshooting proficiency.
• Experience with general networking technologies and concepts.
• Experience configuring and maintaining Windows Server tools and utilities.
• Technical certification such as A+, MCSA, MCSE, Network+, or CCNA.
• Knowledge of SQL, IIS, TCP/IP, VMware, Cisco, SAN, and LAN/WAN.
• Experience supporting remote and mobile users and computing or communications environments.
• Experience with systems backup and recovery technologies.
