Training Specialist, Holly Springs

Location: Holly Springs, North Carolina, United States of America. The position is onsite and is not eligible for full-time remote work. Relocation benefits are available.

Salary: $77,000–$144,000 per year, plus a discretionary annual bonus may be available based on individual and company performance.

hirify.global is establishing a high-volume drug product manufacturing facility focused on advanced automation, robotics, digital connectivity, real-time data analytics, and operational excellence.

What you will do

• Lead and facilitate the Holly Springs New Hire Orientation program and coordinate site onboarding.
• Manage role-based and leadership training assignments and update onboarding curricula, LMS user guides, and foundational training materials.
• Document existing processes and create procedures for LMS documentation, data entry, and training-record corrections.
• Troubleshoot LMS training inquiries and customer requests, partnering with stakeholders to resolve or escalate issues.
• Maintain knowledge of LMS capabilities, support change-management initiatives, and participate in community practice meetings.
• Retrieve training, qualification, and compliance records for internal audits and regulatory inspections while driving continuous improvement across LMS and digital learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and two years of related work experience, ideally including project or program coordination and course facilitation.
• Direct hands-on experience administering or supporting an LMS, including creating learning objects, curricula, sessions, and OJTSs and managing training assignments.
• Solid understanding of Good Manufacturing Practice requirements as they relate to LMS platforms and regulatory compliance.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build effective working relationships across all organizational levels.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of customer service.
• Ability to work independently, monitor workload, meet established timelines, and organize and prioritize tasks.
