PLM Project Coordinator (Semiconductor)

Location: Wilton, CT, US; onsite role with routine campus-based physical duties and occasional business travel.

Salary: $71,000–$104,000 annual base salary.

What you will do

• Coordinate cross-functional teams through new product introductions and product lifecycle changes from introduction to phase-out.
• Evaluate engineering changes and create implementation plans with engineering, supply chain, business, and other stakeholders.
• Assess supply chain and logistics impacts, propose solutions, and manage material flow for prototypes, pilot builds, and critical components.
• Align supply chain capacity with product roadmaps to support product ramp-up.
• Identify risks and bottlenecks, drive timely resolution, and contribute to continuous improvement of lifecycle and supply chain processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in supply chain management, logistics, mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or business administration.
• At least 2 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, or product lifecycle coordination.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems such as SAP and data analysis tools such as Excel or Python.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate clearly, analyze complex data, translate insights into actionable plans, identify risks, resolve issues, and manage changing priorities.
• Accuracy, attention to detail, organization, accountability, and integrity are required.
• Qualified candidates must be legally authorized to access controlled technology under United States Export Administration Regulations before beginning work.

Nice to have

• Experience in high-tech or low-volume manufacturing environments.
• 6 months of experience as an hirify.global Project Coordinator.
