Business Process Lead (SAP)

Location: Austin, United States of America; other location: Richardson. Up to 10% travel may be required for cross-site coordination.

Salary: $57,800–$175,000 per year; the exact salary depends on qualifications, experience, and location.

What you will do

• Manage PMO governance frameworks for SAP workstreams, including status reporting, milestone tracking, decision logs, and change control.
• Develop and maintain KPIs, dashboards, and analytical reports covering program performance, adoption metrics, defect trends, and business value realization.
• Maintain RAID logs by identifying, assessing, escalating, and tracking risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies through accountable owners and mitigation actions.
• Drive Hypercare and post-go-live support by monitoring operations, triaging incidents, coordinating defect resolution, and stabilizing systems within defined SLAs.
• Support change management, training coordination, end-user adoption, lessons-learned sessions, and continuous improvement for SAP program delivery.
• Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, IT, program leadership, solution delivery teams, business stakeholders, and operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in Business Analysis, including at least 3 years supporting SAP implementation or upgrade programs such as S/4HANA or ECC.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE2 certification.
• CBAP or equivalent certification.
• Certified Scrum Master certification.
• Strong knowledge of PMO governance, including status reporting, milestone tracking, and change control.
• Experience with RAID management and Hypercare or post-go-live support processes.
• Proficiency with data analytics and visualization tools such as Power BI and Excel.
• Excellent stakeholder communication, including executive-level reporting and presentations.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
• Project management, planning, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, including the ability to innovate, execute solutions, and navigate ambiguity.
