Software Engineer, Global Investment Research, Agentic Systems - Associate (AI)

Location: Dallas, TX, United States. Office locations also include New York, London, Birmingham, Singapore, and Bengaluru.

What you will do

• Build and maintain end-to-end full-stack features connecting analyst-facing frontends with Java or Python backend APIs and microservices.
• Implement and optimize advanced RAG pipelines and stateful multi-agent workflows using Google ADK, LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, or equivalent technologies.
• Build evaluation and benchmarking suites for contextual relevance, groundedness, and hallucination reduction.
• Deploy AI components on AWS using Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EventBridge, S3, IAM, API Gateway, and related enterprise services.
• Monitor model and service performance, support production incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and optimize token and resource consumption.
• Participate in code reviews, automated testing, CI/CD maintenance, documentation, and Agile collaboration with business and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3–5 years of hands-on software engineering experience with proficiency in Java or Python and modern full-stack web technologies such as React, TypeScript, FastAPI, or Spring Boot.
• Practical experience building Gen AI applications with Google ADK, LangGraph, or equivalent agentic frameworks, vector databases, and AWS Bedrock.
• Experience implementing evaluation pipelines and prompt testing with Braintrust, AgentCore Eval, equivalent technologies, or custom benchmark harnesses.
• Working knowledge of AWS Lambda, ECS/Fargate, S3, EventBridge, CloudWatch, and API Gateway.
• Knowledge of SDLC tooling, automated testing, Git, Docker, and CI/CD automation.

Nice to have

• Exposure to financial domain data, investment research workflows, or enterprise content authoring tools.
• Understanding of token optimization, prompt caching, and latency reduction.
• Familiarity with guardrail frameworks for prompt injection and unauthorized data access.
• Experience building asynchronous or event-driven microservices across Java and Python stacks.
