IT Change Management Lead (ITSM)

Location: Toronto, Canada; flexible hybrid work model. Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity is required.

Salary: CAD 100,000–125,000 annually, plus eligibility for a short-term incentive plan.

What you will do

• Lead and govern the enterprise ITSM Change Management practice across production and non-production environments.
• Enforce defined processes, controls, approval mechanisms, and ITIL-aligned practices to minimize operational and reputational risk.
• Assess and authorize change requests, ensuring risks, dependencies, and impacts are understood and mitigated.
• Chair CAB forums and facilitate decisions for high-risk or complex changes.
• Own change calendars and scheduling, coordinating cross-functional dependencies with business priorities.
• Develop change performance, risk, and KPI reporting for operational and senior leadership.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience administering Change Management in a mature ITSM practice.
• Eligibility to work for hirify.global Corp. in Canada in a full-time capacity.
• Successful candidates must complete applicable pre-employment checks, which may include Canadian criminal and credit checks, identity verification, public safety verification, employment and education verification, and a social media check.
