Hardware Engineering Program Manager

Location: San Francisco, United States; on-site in the San Francisco office 5 days per week. Travel to China may be required as needed.

Base salary: $160K–$230K, plus equity.

What you will do

• Lead hardware product development programs from concept through mass production.
• Align senior leaders on program objectives and develop execution strategies balancing schedule and risk.
• Guide project teams through execution, ensuring the right people work on the right priorities at the right time.
• Coordinate communication across engineering disciplines and business functions on risks, challenges, and results.
• Champion scalable product development processes and best practices.
• Drive the release of high-quality products that improve the customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 3+ years of experience in program management.
• Track record of launching successful products.
• Strong communication skills across multiple engineering disciplines.
• Willingness and ability to travel to China as needed.

• Master’s degree in Engineering.
