Software Engineer - Java 25, Spring Boot (Fintech)

What you will do

• Collaboratively develop features and engineering capabilities for alternative payment method products, with automation across the delivery lifecycle.
• Participate in the full development process, from requirements discussions with the Product Owner through cloud deployment.
• Operate and improve highly available products and participate in the on-call rota.
• Provide tools that support data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with engineers from other teams on technology, patterns, and architectural approaches.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on software engineering experience.
• Experience with Java and Spring.
• Experience working in a Continuous Delivery environment.
• Knowledge of Event-Driven Design, Domain-Driven Design, Event Sourcing, and CQRS.
• Knowledge of delivering products or services in the AWS cloud.
• Knowledge of BDD and TDD practices.
• Knowledge of DevOps best practices, technologies, and tools, including Ansible and Terraform.
• Fluent written and verbal English.
