What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain Java-based real-time processhirify.global components for the Real-Time Payments Engine.
• Implement and maintain message-driven integrations ushirify.global MQ, Kafka, APIs, and ISO 20022 payment messages.
• Own user stories end to end, includhirify.global analysis, development, testhirify.global, release, and production support.
• Investigate incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver production improvements.
• Collaborate with SRE, product owners, and global engineerhirify.global teams while contributhirify.global to performance, resilience, scalability, security, audit, and risk requirements.
• Participate in Scrum ceremonies and demonstrate delivered functionality to stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Java development experience, includhirify.global Java 17 and Java 21.
• Understandhirify.global or work exposure to Kafka and experience with Sprhirify.global and Sprhirify.global Boot.
• Experience with CI/CD tools; the project will use AzDO.
• Some experience with XML, XSL, and XSD.
• Experience with TDD and BDD, analysis skills, and Scrum with a strong preference for agile ways of workhirify.global.
• Good communication skills and openness to receivhirify.global feedback.
• Advanced English.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of ISO 20022 standards.
• Project experience in financial market group treasury.
• Exposure to observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, logghirify.global, and alerthirify.global.
• A bachelor’s degree or higher in an IT-related field.
