Senior Backend Developer (Java)

What you will do

• Build and evolve scalable backend applications and services using modern engineering practices.
• Design and enhance microservices-based architectures and contribute to solution architecture and technical standards.
• Integrate applications with databases, APIs, and external systems.
• Deliver reliable software through CI/CD, automated testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and production optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional Agile teams, mentor developers, and support engineering excellence.
• Drive innovation across the backend ecosystem.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise software development.
• Strong Java expertise, ideally Java 11 or later.
• Advanced knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Spring Security.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs and microservices.
• Solid understanding of cloud-native and event-driven architectures.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases and Apache Kafka.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong testing mindset and experience with automation frameworks.
• Comfort working in Agile environments; collaborative, proactive, and passionate about technology.
