Mechanical Engineering Co-Op (SolidWorks)

What you will do

• Collaborate with design engineers on product development projects.
• Create 3D CAD models in SolidWorks and prepare final working drawings.
• Create and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and manual addendums.
• Update parts databases, engineering files, and BOMs while validating data accuracy.
• Coordinate projects with engineering, manufacturing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
• Support problem-solving and other assigned engineering tasks across the engineering lifecycle.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.
• Experience with SolidWorks is a strong asset.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, inquisitive, and experimental approach to engineering challenges.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking capabilities.
• Ability to communicate complex technical information clearly.
• Mature and professional conduct, collaborative teamwork, and the ability to work across cross-functional and cross-technology teams.
• Ability to prioritize deadline-driven tasks and work independently with minimal supervision.
