Manufactuing Engineering - Assembly Co-op

Location: Welland, Ontario, Canada; on-site co-op term from January 2027 to April 2027.

What you will do

• Monitor, trend, troubleshoot, and support execution of manufacturing processes.
• Investigate process efficiency, product quality, throughput, yield, and atypical events using compiled data and statistical analysis.
• Support new product prove-out and qualification activities on production equipment.
• Validate purchased components to support supplier qualification and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to Lean, Six Sigma, change management, and other process improvement initiatives.
• Prepare, check, analyze, and present process data and technical reports while using ERP software to support business operations.

Requirements

• Currently completing a degree in a related discipline, such as Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics.
• Experience working in a manufacturing setting.
