Data Analysis Intern - Supply Chain

Location: Sant Cugat del Valles, Barcelona, Spain. Candidates must be currently enrolled at a university in Spain, remain enrolled until the end of the internship, and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with their university. Start date: February 2027; expected participation until June–July 2027.

hirify.global Barcelona is a large R&D and business center supporting Large Format Printing, 3D Printing, and Services Supply Chain operations.

What you will do

• Support the development and continuous improvement of the Services Supply Chain Transition Practice framework, playbook, process maps, templates, and governance materials.
• Collect, structure, clean, and connect transition data from trackers and operational sources to improve quality and traceability.
• Design and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and KPI views covering progress, readiness, risks, milestones, and outcomes.
• Analyze process performance and recurring issues, identify improvement opportunities, and create clear recommendations and visual insights.
• Support automation and simplification of recurring reporting, data consolidation, and workflow activities.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree at a university in Spain in Industrial Engineering, Data Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations Engineering, Supply Chain Engineering, or a related field.
• Must remain enrolled until the end of the internship and be eligible to sign an internship agreement with the university.
• Strong analytical skills and interest in process engineering, operational excellence, data management, and performance measurement.
• Knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools; Excel and Smartsheet experience is strongly valued.
• Clear written and verbal communication, attention to detail, curiosity, initiative, and confidence collaborating in an international, cross-functional environment.
• Fluent English, spoken and written.
• Must be available to start in February 2027 and continue until June–July 2027.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Power BI, Power Query, Python, SQL, or automation tools.
