Sales Analyst Intern

hirify.global is hiring an intern to support its analytics team and commercial organization with sales data automation, reporting, and process optimization.

What you will do

• Design and automate data consolidation processes using Power Query.
• Build optimized Power Pivot models with linked tables, relationships, and simple DAX measures.
• Integrate sales, forecast, target, coverage, customer, and channel data sources.
• Create Excel structures, templates, dashboards, and recurring reports for KAMs, managers, and executive presentations.
• Reduce file sizes and refresh times while ensuring scalable, user-friendly data structures.
• Document procedures, maintain data quality, and identify improvements to internal commercial processes.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Administration with a Data focus, or a similar field.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Practical experience or solid knowledge of Power Query (M), Power Pivot, data modeling, pivot tables, and slicers.
• Ability to work with large datasets without impacting performance.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical skills, and logical, structured thinking.
• Problem-solving mindset, methodical approach, continuous improvement orientation, and proactive attitude.
• Clear communication skills and ability to work with commercial and management teams.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of DAX.
• Experience with Power BI or SQL.
• Basic programming skills in Python, VBA, or a similar language.
