Data Analytics Intern

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid work environment with 2 remote days per week, 1 remote work week per quarter, and 3 flex days. Full-time internship from January 2027 for 5–6 months, 35 hours per week.

Salary: €900–€1,000 per month, depending on study level.

What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analyses to improve process efficiency and customer satisfaction across Customer Care, Seller Care, Quality, and Shipping.
• Contribute to strategy by assessing the long-term implications of operational actions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, share analyses and recommendations, and support buy-in.
• Maintain, update, and improve monitoring tools using SQL and Omni.
• Mentor business stakeholders on their data needs.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Management, or Engineering with a specialization in data and analytics, or equivalent.
• Strong skills in data analytics, visualization, and modeling, including SQL experience.
• Interest in helping the business grow through data analysis, with project management or coordination skills.
• Good communication skills and the ability to make work accessible to a non-technical audience.
• Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively as a team player.
• Fluent English.
• Availability for a 5–6 month full-time internship from January 2027 based in Barcelona.
• Current French university must be able to provide an internship agreement.

Nice to have

• Experience with Omni, Google Analytics or Data Studio, and Amplitude.
• Knowledge of server-side tagging.
• Experience with an advertising platform such as Google Ads or Meta.
• Personal project involving tracking or data.
