What you will do

• Solve client-facing Data Science and Analytics problems and apply theoretical machine learning and analytics knowledge in practice.
• Design, develop, and maintain data pipelines for extracting, transforming, and loading data from various sources.
• Support data warehousing, data modelling, data quality, and data governance activities.
• Help create data-driven solutions that support business needs.
• Collaborate with data scientists, business analysts, software engineers, strategists, and other analytics specialists.
• Participate in code reviews and stay current with data engineering technologies and best practices.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a quantitative Master's degree focused on data analysis, such as econometrics, mathematics, physics, business analytics, or another exact science, for the Data Science track.
• Knowledge of statistical concepts, programming languages such as R or Python, machine learning, and visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, R, or Shiny.
• Strong theoretical foundations from Bachelor's and Master's studies.
• Professional fluency in English.
• Pursuing a degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related field for the Data Engineer track.
• Strong programming skills in one or more languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, teamwork ability, and good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong interest in data and technology and a desire to learn and grow as a data engineer.
