CAM Analyst I

Location: Hybrid position in Getzville, New York, United States of America; remote work is also listed.

Salary: $22.61–$37.67 hourly (USD).

What you will do

• Participate in Customer Asset Management (CAM) projects and represent CAM practices with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare departmental reports, spreadsheets, workflow analyses, historical reports, financial analyses, and project or product strategy analyses.
• Perform routine and non-routine analysis, data review, research, and reconciliation to support CAM decisions.
• Draft and update procedures, support user certifications and compliance testing, and collect documentation for audits.
• Plan, test, and implement projects, systems, products, and regulatory changes; coordinate system support with business partners, vendors, and Technology.
• Maintain risk and internal control standards, implement audit findings, and escalate risk-related issues to management.

Requirements

• Associate degree and at least 2 years of related experience, or a combined minimum of 4 years of higher education and/or work experience without a degree, including at least 2 years of related experience.
• Proven analytical skills and strong organizational skills.
• Proficiency with personal computers, word-processing software, and spreadsheet software.
• Proven verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in collections and/or default servicing.
• Previous experience in the functional areas supported by CAM.
